The only small issue mentioned by a few guests is the lack of soundproofing in the walls, which can result in some noise from other guests or breakfast preparation. However, this does not seem to be a significant inconvenience for most.

The staff were helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They made our room so nicely every day and brought breakfast to our room within 5 minutes of asking for it each morning. The location was great, with easy access to the Colosseum and metro stops.

This hotel is fantastic value for money, located just a short walk away from one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay, with attention to detail paid in every aspect, from the well-equipped rooms to the delicious breakfast with ham and cheese included.

All in all, this hotel met our expectations and we had a great stay.

Situated in a quaint 1920s building with a lovely top floor view. Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk to the Colosseum and close to the metro for easy city exploration. Enjoyed a convenient in-room breakfast with plenty of choices. The friendly and professional staff made us feel like VIPs. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning for a cool stay.

I had the best stay at this guesthouse. The location was unbeatable, with everything I needed just steps away. I could easily explore the city and go back to my room whenever I wanted. The view from the windows was very nice, overlooking the bustling streets and street musicians below. The staff, especially Claudia, were sweet and helpful, providing me with everything I needed. The breakfast was delivered to my room whenever I asked, and it was so delicious that it lasted me all day. The facilities were clean, modern, comfortable, and functional. I especially loved the comfortable bed. I would definitely go back without hesitation.

I had an really good experience at the Top Floor Colosseo Guesthouse. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Colosseum and with easy access to the city center. The room was cozy and stylish, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was great, with daily cleaning and fresh towels and sheets. I was really surprised to find extras like a kettle, tea, coffee, and bottles of water in the mini fridge. The delicious light breakfast provided each morning was a great bonus. The staff, especially Silvia, were great too ensure that I reminded me of a VIP guest. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its really good comfort, convenience, and value for money. I will definitely be returning to the Top Floor Colosseo for my next stay in Rome.
